Fuji Mac Air Filter 60/80/100/120
The Fuji Mac air filter is a vital part of your aerator running properly. It is advised that you change your air filter approximately every 2 years and clean it every 6 months. A dirty air filter can restrict air flow going into the aerator by up to 40%, putting more strain on the aerator, so it is important that it is also cleaned every 6 month...

Septic Air Pump Rebuild Kits

Overview

Rebuilding your Septic Air Pump can be done at a fraction of the cost of purchasing a new one. This can be done multiple times before it's best to just pony up for the new pump altogether. This saves a ton of money and I can't recommend buying repair kits instead of new pumps enough. We offer rebuild kits for the Aqua Safe AS500, the Cajun Aire 500 GPD, various Clearstream Products, various Delta Whitewater products, rebuilds for Gast Rotary Vanes, Gast Vacuum pumps, HiBlow HP-80, HP-60, HP-40, and HP-100s, Various Hoot products, various Hydro-Action products, and the Mo-Dad 500.

Repairing your HiBlow HP-80 Aerator is done easily enough. Oftentimes you simply need both a Phillips head and flathead screwdriver, a wrench, your repair kit, and your broken aerator!
After removing the bolts on the edge of the cover, you can remove the top cover from the base. If this is your first repair on this specific aerator, this step may take some effort. Next, remove the rectangular cloth-like filter that's wrapped around your aerator. It can be tight, so be sure to not rip it! Afterwards, remove the corner screws that allow you to remove the mounts and diaphragms. Replace the diaphragms with the ones from your rebuild kit, and either put back the old mounts or...mount..the new ones. This depends on which kit you purchased. After this, it's just a matter of putting back on everything that you've taken off so far.

Repairing your Aerator is a very worthwhile choice, saving you hundreds or even thousands of dollars depending on your pump and how many times you've repaired it. At Wholesale Septic Supply we're definitely a believer in saving money and getting the most value for your purchase. We look after our customers!
