Note: Dimensions shown are for the kit base. This model includes a 3" safety pan with an inner diameter of 20" due to a slight bevel. Dome lids add approximately 1" to overall height. Upgrades to flat lids are available for an additional cost. Remove any existing concrete lid before installation. Please confirm diameter and height before ordering. Return shipping costs for incorrectly ordered sizes are the customer’s responsibility.
You show 2 tubes of sealant, yet say in kit includes 1 tube tar sealant; Which is it?
On this particular size kit, you get 2 tubes of sealant. On the smaller kits, only 1 tube is provided. It specifies on each kit whether 1 or 2 tubes will be provided. Sorry for any confusion.
does this kit include butyl seal and adapter ring screws (screws and driver bit for adapter to concrete vault/tank)
You don't need concrete screws to attach these we provide a sealant that adheres to the concrete and gives a true seal from water infiltration and dirt. Once the sealant cures, the risers are not coming off the tank. We provide screws to put the risers of the TAR Ring, connect the other risers, and put the lid on the riser.
does this kit include the screws & sealant for the installation?

Why do concrete lids have to be removed after the riser is installed??? Wouldn't there be a better seal leaving the lid in place?
We recommend getting the concrete lid up (make sure it's not stuck) before installing the risers. Otherwise yes, you can keep the concrete plug in place, it also provides an additional layer of safety.
