SHIPPING DETAILS

Wholesale Septic Supply offers fast, reliable shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. 

Most Orders Ship the Same Business Day

Most orders placed before 2pm CST will be shipped the same day.  Orders placed after 2pm CST may still ship the same day, but will likely ship the next business day.

FREE SHIPPING on Marked Items

All orders of $100 or more are currently eligible for our FREE Standard Shipping. FREE 2-Day Shipping ensures that your order will ship within 2 business days, as long as the product is in stock. This FREE SAME DAY SHIPPING option applies to business days, as most shipping carriers do not pick up or deliver on weekends or Holidays. Items will ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail at our discretion.

Orders Ship via UPS and USPS Mail

All items weighing over 1 lb. are shipped via UPS. These items include pumps, care products, alarms & some floats, etc.  All items weighing less than 1 lb. are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. These items usually include repair parts, filters and similar.

Shipping Transit Time

Most items shipped via UPS should arrive within 1-4 business days of the shipping date. Please be aware that if ordering from Canada, Wholesale Septic Supply does NOT cover any duty or customs fees. That is the responsibility of the customer.

Lost Packages During Transit

Any products that get lost during the transit via UPS/USPS will NOT be the responsibility of Wholesale Septic Supply. Once product leaves from our warehouse, Wholesale Septic Supply will not send out replacement products if UPS/USPS loses the package during transit.

Wholesale Septic Supply will file a UPS claim on behalf of the customer, but these claims can take up to 8 business days to be resolved. Once the claim is closed out and UPS reimburses Wholesale Septic Supply, we then will ship out a replacement product. If the customer cannot wait the 8 business days for claim to be resolved, they can re-purchase the product to be re-shipped, and at time of resolution of the UPS claim, we will refund customer for the original lost shipment.

Shipping Cost

Most of our items are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail within the contiguous United States.  If shipping on the item is free it will be noted within the description of the item.  

Upgraded Shipping

If an item has free shipping, it ships via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. If you wish to upgrade to quicker shipping, please see the options in your cart when ordering or call us at 936-681-8198 for a quote. Upgraded shipping does not include Saturdays or Holidays.
