Returns & Refunds
Thanks for shopping at Wholesale Septic Supply. If you ordered the wrong item by mistake or are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the product order date. Wholesale Septic Supply will not accept any returns without prior approval. In order for your product(s) to be returned, you must contact us first at (936)-681-8198. There will be no refunds on products that have been used. All returned merchandise must be returned in the condition it arrived including all original packaging and paperwork in order to receive a refund, credit, or replacement item.
Please note: If an item is received in error on behalf of Wholesale Septic Supply, contact our office and we will be happy to begin the rectification process at no extra cost to you. We simply ask that the item is shipped and a tracking number provided first in order for us to send the correct product more quickly.
Instructions For Return
- Contact our business office. If given the approval from one of our representatives, print out the product return form. *(Seth - please create a hyperlink on our website to navigate to return form)
- Fill out the product return form and include it in the box of your return.
- Please mail it to the following address:

- Wait. Your refund will be sent after we get the product back and have confirmed all of the contents are included.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and alert you that we have received it.
If you have met the requirements of our returns policy, we will initiate a refund to you either by the original method of payment or we will mail you a refund check.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs whether for original order or return, are non-refundable.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This is based on the price of the product being returned as well as Wholesale Septic Supply’s original expenses for shipping and handling. The restocking fee is waived on any items exchanged or returned due to mistakes made by Wholesale Septic Supply during the sale, processing, and handling of the order.
