Return Policy

Orders placed through the Wholesale Septic Supply website

The website will state that Wholesale septic supply has a thirty (30) day return policy. Customers have a thirty (30) day period to return the product to be considered for a refund. There will be no refunds given if the product has been used or is not returned with all of its’ components. All returned merchandise must be returned in the condition it was received in order to receive a refund. Due to the nature of the products, Wholesale Septic Supply cannot accept used and/or open products.

Returned merchandise may be subjected to a restocking fee. There will be a 15% restocking fee applied to most items. Risers, lids, and accessories to riser kits will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be based on the total cost of the item(s) that were returned. Some customers may experience a grace period extending the thirty (30) day return period. This grace period is to accommodate abnormalities that may arise during the shipping process. The existence and duration of the grace period will be left to the discretion of Wholesale Septic Supply. It is not the policy of Wholesale Septic Supply to disclose when such a grace period may be applied. Return shipments will be made at the expense of the customer.

Errors that occur during shipment or the fulfillment of the order will be the responsibility of Wholesale Septic Supply to remedy. This may include, the customer received the wrong product or the wrong number of products were received. The cost of shipment will be made at the expense of Wholesale Septic Supply when an error has been made on the part of Wholesale Septic Supply.

Warranty products will only be received within the time allotted for the warranty of the product. It is the responsibility of the customer to know the date at which the warranty ends. The start date of the warranty will be when the product was sold. The process of returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Customers that would like to claim a warranty will need to contact Wholesale Septic Supply during regular business hours.

Returns that are accepted by online retailers will be refunded. It is not the policy of Wholesale Septic Supply to accept returns from the before mentioned companies that is outside of the allotted time for returns. Returns that are made outside of the allotted time for returns will be made at the expense of the customer.
