  • Recieved the 16 x 8 riser system. There was a tube of caulk. Is there instructions on recommended install?

    Yes, that is the sealant and we have a video on Youtube that can help out with any installing instructions.

  • Can you mount this to a concrete riser ?

    Yes, it will mount to a concrete riser already in place. You need to to make sure it will fit on top of the concrete riser so measure the width of the concret I.D and O.D first. 

  • Can this product be mounted to an already 24" dia. Concrete riser ? Or does it need directly on the septic tank?

    you would nee the 20x8 riser system to mount to a 24" the 16" is too small.
