Gast model 0523-101Q-G588DX is a 115 volt 1/4 H.P rotary vane aerator that is common on septic systems from 500 GPD to 1000 GPD. It produces a maximum of 4.5 cfm and has a maximum pressure of 10 psi of pressure this makes them excellent for pond aerators as well up to 1 acre.
Often favored by professional installers, the rotary vane design allows for easy maintenance as well as a long life. Rebuild kits are available for this product. This product can be expected to perform for five or more years before it will require a rebuild kit.
